We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States. All shipments in the U.S. are shipped via ground shipping from our warehouse in California. You will receive your tracking number via email within 7 business days of your purchase. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days of your purchase, please contact us at fulfillment@blocc.kr with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

In the case where your item is shipped to the wrong address due to your negligence in entering the correct address on the checkout page, your item will be shipped back to our warehouse at our expense. Hence, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

 

International

All orders for countries outside the U.S. will be shipped via air delivery from South Korea. Please be advised that shipping may take as long as 14 business days due to the current global pandemic and a high volume of orders worldwide. You will receive your tracking number via email within 7 business days of your purchase. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days of your purchase, please contact us at fulfillment@blocc.kr with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

In the case where your item is shipped to the wrong address due to your negligence in entering the correct address and / or contact information on the checkout page, it will be shipped back to and held at your local customs for a period of 48 hours, after which it will be disposed. Hence, you must send the correct address to us at fulfillment@blocc.kr within that period for your item to be reshipped. You will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Should you fail to respond within 48 hours, your item will be disposed and we will not be able to provide a refund.

** (U.S. Canada, Philippines, South Korea, United Kingdom exempt) All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as duties, customs, and taxes, must be covered by the customer.

Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. Should you choose not to, or fail to make the payment within 48 hours, your item will be disposed and we will not be able to provide a refundWe are unable to mark your package as a gift. It will be marked with its correct retail value.
