Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong size or quantity, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 7 days of its delivery to you so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of PPE and the possibilities for contamination, we cannot accept returns on Blocc Face Shield. While we have excellent quality control at our factory, we would, of course, make exceptions for defects. Please send us accompanying proof of any quality issues via email at email@example.com with your order number within 7 days of its delivery to you. Our customer service team may request that you provide additional images or videos for our inspections team to examine the defect fairly and thoroughly. Should our inspections team conclude that your item is indeed defective, we will send you a new Blocc Face Shield.
You may cancel your order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org only before your order information is sent to and processed by our logistics warehouses. Once your order information is sent and processed, your order cannot be cancelled.
Due to the nature of PPE and the possibilities for contamination, we cannot accept returns on Blocc Face Shield. Hence, all orders on www.blocc.kr are nonrefundable.
